Before you sign a Buyer Agency Contract:
Habecker Real Estate is different than other real estate companies, and that translates into great news for both buyer’s and sellers. We DO NOT ask buyers to sign a Buyer’s Agency Contract locking you into dealing exclusively with one agent and one company for a specified time frame. We feel such contracts are a way to lock a buyer up into a long term commitment disguised as a service. After such a contract is signed, if your agents responsiveness and level of commitment is far less than you anticipated, you are stuck.
We feel Buyer Agency Contracts are like buying a car without taking it for a test drive. We can appear polished and professional, but how do you know what level of service and professionalism you’re receiving when you are expected to commit in writing to
dealing exclusively with one agent and one company?
At Habecker Real Estate, We use and provide buyers with a NonExclusive Buyer Agency Contract that does not need signed. No fees, terms, or commitment from buyer whatsoever. We have buyers who want to work with us because they love the level of service and
commitment provided.
Feel free to see for yourself the below “theirs” and “ours” showing the differences between these two agency contracts. At Habecker Real Estate we truly are “Recommend by Reputation.”
